Phelps won the 2006 Nobel Prize in Economics and is the author of Mass Flourishing, an award-winning investigation of the conditions for societies to support not just material wealth, but “flourishing” — meaningful work, self-expression, and personal growth. During the call, we talked about how to bring more innovation and dynamism to the US economy for the benefit of all Americans.
